When you hear the curry of a Kyoto stock specialty store, you may imagine the curry of a soba restaurant, but this is a fusion of dashi and spices that has been completed repeatedly with a spice curry specialty store. It's a different personality curry.
It's a crunchy curry that doesn't use wheat flour and has plenty of umami from the rich broth, so it goes well with rice. This is a curry that you should try.
Unfortunately, it is not recommended for those who do not like seafood, as it contains a lot of dried bonito flakes.
