It is a shape unique to potter's wheel molding.

Two types of glaze are used: black using iron and silver glaze.

You can put sake in it, or you can put soup stock and seasonings in it and arrange it on the table.

Please enjoy the time spent at the dining table using Kyoto ware and Kiyomizu ware Katakuchi.
