We carefully handcraft Kyoto wire mesh that users will love and use for a long time.

This net is made by combining a technique called “Kikudashi,” which weaves in a chrysanthemum flower pattern, and a tortoiseshell weave.
It can be used not only for ingredients, but also for serving various dishes. Oil can be removed from deep-fried foods such as tempura. It has legs about 1cm long.
Made of copper, the longer it is used, the darker it becomes, giving it a beautiful smoky texture.
