carry botanical flowers

A paper fan made in collaboration with Torie, a kimono maker in Osaka.

The word botanical today means plants or plants, but it was originally a word from the time when Europeans explored various parts of the world and went deep into the interior in search of rare plants.

Research books that were necessary for living will one day become art and fashion! I took inspiration from the senses and thoughts that are still relevant today.

It's just the right size (about 20 cm) to carry around.

It reflects glitter and light every time you fan it.
