The reason why the Jomon series was born was the summer vacation homework of Mr. Wakunami's son.

As I gave advice to my son who suddenly said, "I want to make flame-shaped pottery," I was once again fascinated by the beauty of the Jomon period, and the Jomon world of Soryugama began.

“When I am making this series, I realize that I am just enjoying the time. It may be that we are returning to the starting point of "making."
