About Points

・Point grants are a special benefit for MOCAD ONLINE SHOP members only. Please register.

・Points can only be used at the MOCAD ONLINE SHOP. They cannot be used in stores. We appreciate your understanding.

・By registering as a member, you can earn points based on your purchase amount.

・Points earned on the online shop become valid upon product shipment.

・To check your points, log in and view them at the bottom of the cart when placing an order.

・From your next purchase, you can use "1 point = 1 yen."

・To use your points, please enter them on the payment input screen when placing your order. Points are valid for two years from the last purchase date.

・If you place another order before the expiration date, the expiration date of all your accumulated points will be extended by one year from that point.

・Once the expiration date passes, all accumulated points will become invalid.

・ During point-up campaigns, please ensure you have completed your membership registration before placing an order. If you register as a member at the same time as placing an order, you will not be eligible for point-up benefits.
