Using carefully selected knotted raw materials by skilled craftsmen, each piece is carefully ground into coarse pieces. A special crushing method is used that does not apply heat so that the scent does not evaporate.

No chemical seasonings, salt, yeast extract, seafood extract, dextrin, preservatives, or sweeteners are used.

Tetra Pak was developed in-house so that it can be easily used at home. In addition to being easy to use, the bonito shavings inside the tetra pack dance in the pan, so the dashi stock comes out well and has a rich flavor and a deep color and aroma.
