If you purchase a combination of products, in rare cases, the shipping fee may be automatically calculated and added. The domestic delivery company will be Kuroneko Yamato. The product will be shipped from Kyoto city.

If you wish to have the product delivered by mail, please select "mail" from the "delivery method" on the order screen.
The shipping fee is as follows for each destination and number of orders.
Nationwide shipping fee 385 yen (tax included)
- We will deliver it by mailing it to the post. If your name or address is incorrect or omitted, we will not be able to deliver it.
Please do not omit the address, building name such as apartment or condominium, room number, etc. - When you want lapping, it becomes the simple lapping.
- If you place an order with a product that does not support mail delivery, we will change the delivery method to courier service.
- In any case, neither our shop nor Yamato Transport Co., Ltd. will make any guarantees regarding troubles such as damage or loss of products.
Date of shipment
After we confirm the payment, we usually ship within 10 business days, except for made-to-order products.
In the case of made-to-order products, we usually ship them within 3 business days after they arrive at our store.

You can specify the delivery time by any of the following.
Morning/14:00～16:00/16:00～18:00/18:00～20:00/19:00～21:00

- Please note that the specified delivery time will be invalid if it is delivered to an area where the delivery time cannot be specified.
[email service (cat POS service)]
You cannot specify the delivery time for the mail service (Nekoposu).
If you wish to specify the delivery time, please select the courier service.
Handling of bulk purchases
If you order multiple products with different shipping charges per delivery address, the shipping charges will be for one item in the above price list.
- Bulk purchase of size 60 only: The shipping fee is for one size 60.
- Bulk purchase of size 60 and size 80: The shipping fee is for one size 80.
- Bulk purchase of size 80 only: The shipping fee is for one size 80 item.
- Bulk purchase of mail-delivery compatible and non-mail-delivery products: The shipping fee will be for one item that is not mail-delivery compatible.
- Bulk purchases with a total purchase of 11,000 yen (tax included) or more will be free of charge.
Handling of items including shipping
If you order both items with shipping charges and items with separate shipping charges for one delivery address at the same time, the shipping charges will be free of charge regardless of the above price list.
International shipping
We are very sorry, but we do not accept any orders, payments, remittances, or shipments outside of Japan.
