The Gion Festival drawn by woodblock print artist Kenji Takenaka

Funahoko at the Gion Festival is shaped like a warship because it is modeled after the naval battle in the mythology of the Nihon Shoki. The pre-festival is called "Dejin Funehoko" and the Ato-matsuri is called "Gaisen Funehoko". Funahoko sailing through the city has a modern color scheme that leaves a lasting impression.

Also suitable for commercially available acrylic frames.
