陶器で作られたかわいらしい根付です。
艶のある陶器の質感に緻密に表現された鉾の様子。小さいながらも見事な存在感を醸し出しています。
素焼きの陶器は、徐々に液体を拡散させる特性を持っているので、裏側の釉薬の掛っていない空洞部分にお好みのアロマオイルなどを1～2滴垂らすと、液体を吸収して香りをまろやかに持続します。ほのかな香りを楽しむ、香りのアイテムとしてもお使いいただけます。京の文化を感じさせるモチーフに好みの香りを添えてお出かけするのも素敵ですね。
