The white porcelain from Kouson Kiln, named Xi Shi White Porcelain, is characterized by a smooth milky white color that developed from white porcelain made in ancient kilns in China.
The uniquely blended clay, which is extremely difficult to mold on a potter's wheel, has a sophisticated shape that boasts Xi Shi's white porcelain production technique, and a milky white color like white jade that is reminiscent of the skin of an Oriental beauties, and combined with the glaze tone, this white porcelain is truly worthy of being named after Xi Shi, a representative Chinese beauty.
This incense burner is shaped like a Western pumpkin. Its elegant appearance makes it suitable for use as interior decoration in Western-style rooms as well as Japanese-style rooms.
