Brass Ibushi teapot sugime / no.1619

Seikado was founded in the late Edo period in the 9th year of Tempo as a tin maker. Tin and silver products, which we have been good at since our founding, have a unique texture as they are used for a long time.

The rounded form is lovely and neat, and it is a great teapot that can be used for a long time regardless of the occasion.

The texture is a silver -plated (silver-plated) smoked finish on brass cedar grain (streak-like bark-like skin).

Please do not rub strongly with a steel scrubbing brush when cleaning. The silver plating may peel off.
