This is the only comb in Kyoto where the boxwood wood is used as a board and the teeth are inserted into the comb.

Boxwood is very hard and strong, and it has been used by women who want to be beautiful for a long time. Among them, "Satsumatsuge" is particularly hard and is famous for being easy to process.

Using a boxwood comb will keep your hair moist and free from static electricity, so you can take care of your hair comfortably. Also, by cleaning your comb with camellia oil, the more you use it, the more lustrous it will become.
