An elegant pouch featuring the refined beauty of Heian-period court textiles

This elegant triangular pouch is crafted from Yusoku textiles, traditionally associated with the costumes and furnishings of the Japanese Imperial Court. It features ukiori, a weaving technique in which supplementary threads create delicately raised patterns on the surface of the fabric.

The soft texture of pure silk and the graceful woven motifs give the pouch an elegant and refined appearance. A decorative cord finished with a traditional chrysanthemum knot adorns the zipper pull, adding a beautiful detail to the design.

Its practical size makes it ideal for cosmetics and other small personal items. Elegant yet functional, it is also a wonderful gift for someone special.

| Care Instructions |
As ukiori features threads that float above the surface of the fabric to create its distinctive patterns, please take care to avoid friction or snagging.

If a thread becomes loose, do not pull it. Carefully trim the loose end with scissors. Please also keep the pouch away from water and moisture.

Sakaimachi Gomonmae Heishichi

We want to spread the beauty of traditional Japanese designs to the younger generation. We have adopted Heishichichi, the name that the head of Kuroda Costume Shop has inherited for two generations, as the brand name, and have sublimated the same fabric as the costumes into modern items.

While respecting the dignity of Yusoku textiles, which have been carefully preserved and passed down since the Heian period, we offer them in new forms that capture their elegant charm.
