£57.00Kiyomizu-dera Temple drawn by woodcut artist Kenji Takenaka
Kiyomizu-dera has a long history and is one of the few temples in Kyoto with a history dating back to before the relocation of the capital to Heian-kyo. This temple, which has watched over the capital from Mt. Otowa for a long time, is probably the image of Kyoto that many people have. In addition, it expresses a calming and majestic scene that can be said to be a landscape in the mind of the Japanese.
