📢 Announcement of Coffee and Cups 4th Event

 "Coffee and cups 4th", an exhibition and sales event with the theme of "Enjoying Coffee", will be held at the Kyoto Museum of Crafts and Design!

A large collection of cups and mugs from 33 artisans of Kyo-yaki and Kiyomizu-yaki! There will also be special coffee and baked goods stalls by popular Kyoto shops!

 The Kyoto Museum of Crafts and Design will hold "Coffee and Cups 4th," an exhibition and sale featuring coffee cups and mugs made by Kyo-yaki and Kiyomizu-yaki artisans and artists, from Saturday, October 5th to Saturday, October 19th, 2024. There will also be special stalls by Kyoto Murakami Kaishindo, Globe Mountain Coffee, New Bird, Dandan, and ABURU, where you can enjoy coffee and baked goods at your leisure at the venue.

The first three events in January 2022 , April 2022 , and October 2023 were very well received, and now the fourth event will be held. This time, the theme is "Enjoying Coffee," and 33 Kyoto and Kiyomizu ware artisans and artists will be introducing not only coffee cups, but also other items that people can enjoy. We have created tableware that will make you feel this way!

Find your favorite cup of coffee that will make your coffee taste even better and turn your time into a wonderful one.

A special stall selling coffee and baked goods by popular Kyoto stores!

Cookies from Kyoto Murakami Kaishindo, a confectionery store established in 1907 in Teramachi, Kyoto, croissants from New Bird, home-roasted coffee and seasonal sweets from Cafe Dandan, coffee from Grove Mountain Coffee and coffee from ABURU will be specially served at the event.

Globe Mountain Coffee :October 5th (Sat) to 6th (Sun), 12th (Sat) to 14th (Mon. Holiday), 19th (Sat)
ABURU : October 7th (Monday) - 11th (Friday), 16th (Wednesday) - 18th (Friday)
New Bird :October 12th (Sat) - 13th (Sun), 19th (Sat)

Dandan :Only on Tuesday, October 15th, a cafe called "Dandan" will be operating in a rented space in Kamishichiken, offering home-roasted coffee and seasonal sweets.
The Drip Pack Dandan Blend will also be available for purchase online.
Sale period: October 5th (soil) ~ October 31 (tree)

 

There will be a variety of tableware to brighten up your coffee time, such as coffee cups, mugs, canisters, and dessert plates, made by Kyoto pottery and Kiyomizu pottery artisans and artists in Kyoto. And we will also be selling delicious coffee! Look forward to it!
