Since its founding, the vinegar, which has been carefully aged with Kyoto's famous water and domestic rice using the same manufacturing method, has a depth and mellowness of flavor created by time.
Sudachi can be used in various dishes because it has both aroma and sourness among fruit juices. Based on fruit juice and dashi, it is made with no additives or coloring. Fatty foods such as grilled fish and yakiniku will give you a refreshing taste.
*No preservatives or colorings are used, so the expiration date is 3 months from the date of manufacture.

Please save it away from high temperature and humidity. The sudachi juice will accumulate at the top, so please shake it well before using. Be sure to store in the refrigerator after opening.
