Founded 170 years ago Nishijin Kotaro's Vinegar and Mentsuyu

The Kyoto-style mentsuyu is a blend of dashi stock that has been carefully extracted for half a day and blended with honjozo soy sauce.

It is a full-fledged mentsuyu that can be used with various noodles such as "somen", "zaru soba", and "chilled udon".

In addition, it is very useful as a secret ingredient such as boiled dishes.
Additive-free, no coloring (This brewed soy sauce does not use genetically modified soybeans)
