Since its founding, the vinegar, which has been carefully aged with Kyoto's famous water and domestic rice using the same manufacturing method, has a depth and mellowness of flavor created by time.
Kotaro's yuzu ponzu is made with plenty of yuzu fruit from old yuzu trees, and the soup stock is carefully brewed overnight, giving it a different aroma.
*No preservatives or colorings are used, so the expiration date is 3 months from the date of manufacture.

Store away from direct sunlight, heat and humidity, and refrigerate after opening. The yuzu pulp will collect at the top, so shake well before using.
