The bamboo, which is the raw material for the fan bones, is carefully selected from the Azumi River in Shiga Prefecture. The rakufu fan, which has the motif of famous places in Kyoto, is an original folding fan of Onishi Kyosendo, which has been manufactured continuously for more than half a century. The ball attached to the base is made of Kiyomizu ware, and the letters of the original “Rakufusen” brand are dyed.
