Since its founding, the vinegar, which has been carefully aged with Kyoto's famous water and domestic rice using the same manufacturing method, has a depth and mellowness of flavor created by time.
Just by pouring it over the cooked rice, you can easily make vinegared rice like a sushi restaurant at home. It's safe to be additive-free.
This is a convenient disposable type. As a guideline, just mix one bag of this product with one cup of cooked rice.
It can also be used as a light pickled pickle with seasonal vegetables such as turnips and radishes, or as a base for sweet and sour dressings.
